BACK TO THE LAND

4th Annual Homesteading Festival

******CANCELLED******

October 18-20, 2024

Hickman County Ag Pavilion in Centerville, TN

The Back to the Land Festival is the flagship event of the Back to the Land nonprofit organization. The Back to the Land nonprofit organization was founded in 2020 with our Mission to create nutritious food solutions for rural residents and provide education that empowers communities to take control of their health, happiness, and future. As part of our mission, we lead service projects, creating community gardens and food forests in high impact locations such as community centers, schools, churches, as well as teaching and assisting our community homesteaders.

In times such as these, where the world is so chaotic, our lives are hectic, and we are being divided and separated from core skills and values; we long to return to the simple ways and heal our food, ourselves, and our land. In recent events, current health and food systems have failed us. Now, more than ever, we feel it is pressing that we return Back to the Land.

Please consider supporting our efforts at our three day event as we educate beginner to advanced homesteaders, helping grow their skills and become more confident in caring for animals, the land, their homes and families, through building community amongst influential speakers/teachers, demonstrators and down home entertainment.
